After being denied care and told that "I don't have an infection" I went to Mexico to get decent, humane care. I did have an infection. I could have died if I waited till October for Care (UCSFs advice). The staff are behind the times and their technology is outdated. I had to email them my xrays - what kind of a school is this? Not only that, they also misdiagnosed my brothers Cancer 20 years ago and it lead to his death. I dont wish this kind of lack of care on anyone... This office is dysfunctional , tried to follow up when my prescription was never completed and contacted the Dr. numerous times but no response. This will be my first and last visit.

They don't answer the phone and they don't do their authorization work prior to appointments. They are in essence an administrative nightmare.

Receptionist is extremely rude and hung up on me when I tried to ask why I hadn’t received a call back from their billing department after 3 weeks of leaving my first message.

It is impossible to reach their Billing Department live or by any other means. Repeated phone messages go unanswered. They don't cash the checks you send and continue to bill you.
